Garlicky fries with a sprinkle of parmesan, parsley and sea salt.
Ever since I was a youngin’ I have loved french fries…and still do! These Baked Parmesan Garlic Parsley Fries are delicious and satisfying. The garlic gives them a great flavor. I used fresh garlic. Garlic is known to be very good for your health (I’m not sure about your breath though). These baked fries are healthier than fried fries. Sprinkling on parmesan, parsley and sea salt before putting into the oven adds a boost of flavor.
I always loved when my mom made homemade fries…still do! I used her old potato cutter that she had for centuries (not really).
If you don’t have a potato cutter, you can cut them yourself. The thicker you cut them, the longer the bake time. You can use whatever potato you want. I used Yukon Gold potatoes.
Depending on the size of your potatoes, I would cut one to two potatoes per serving. So however many people your feeding will determine how many potatoes you will need. My recipe is for six to seven potatoes.
Enjoy these fries with or without your favorite condiments. Hope your tastebuds will be satisfied!
